Religion and Spirituality - The uniqueness and divergence between the two
Religion and spirituality are two complementary factors, but each has a unique distinction and is quite dissimilar in approach and belief. You can make the difference between the two, which resolves any significant confusion among the faithful ask. To shed light on this matter would be an analysis of the two are very useful.
Here you will discover the difference between spirituality and religion and what makes themunique in their own way.
Fear of God or against God's love - you will be taught the Bible to obey the commandments of God and religion to act in accordance with the saints. This reminds you of what is good and evil, to save you from hell fire. However, if the concept of hell, some believers do not follow the sacred rules of nothing but obedience, but above all fear. On the other hand, it leads to a spiritual journey to know God knew And it isbe true only if you follow him through the path of love. Following the path of love is possible only when you get to know God with all your heart and seek Him with all beings - not from fear, but by your love and devotion for him. This creates a thin line between religion and spirituality.
O vs omnipresent in the sky - We talk about where God is real. In religion, you are taught that God dwells in heaven above and the highSky. The spiritual approach is different. Spirituality is increasingly focused on the omnipresence of God, the people of God who is omniscient, that one is able to see and act on God and beyond, and by God, good can see, the His grace and work of Christ.
vs. cult or rituals - these are not really two events of opposite sign, but there are differences between them, join that religion and spirituality, all of religion.is concerned about how you worship God through properly, and pity - religious rituals. While spirituality creates a greater voice to establish a temple sacred and divine, the closest to your being - your inner sanctuary of the heart displayed in accordance with procedures. It is a spiritual question, not with the rituals, but respects'. What made the difference.
In short, the distinctions between religion and spirituality, which seembe an endless procession of beliefs and ideologies, but in the end, the truth will prevail one: No matter where you are, if you are a man of religion, spirituality, or are you still worship always, obey, and loving the same God, and with a only Sovereign, the largest father and an omniscient God everywhere.
The critical question of how
Brian McLaren is an influential opinion leaders in many emerging economies and other Christians in the postmodern world. He recently introduced his latest book "A New Kind of Christianity" and published in the acquisition of new bursts of fire from the whole spectrum of the Protestant Church. My goal in writing this article is not to criticize his work, but the question of how to evaluate a book like this to increase.
I read most of the many contributions appeared inInternet and only few are good. Some of the guests are sharp, some are superficial, but others simply can not resist the temptation to slander casting for the man himself. Some label him a heretic who intends to describe this as a personal insult instead of the true meaning of someone simply an opinion that is contrary to religious doctrine holds. Others say that he tried to be brainwashed (or what they mean Brianwash) us poor gullible evangelical orthodoxy. ABrian referees accused of being an apostate, and to hate God I think it's unfortunate.
Where does this kind of criticism is to get up? First, it polarizes opinion. McLaren fans tend to close their minds to possible criticism of quality when they are packaged with personal insults. The only people that something critics are those who are already predisposed to agree with the reviewer. So what's the point of criticism? Secondly, the positions McLaren as a martyr. He makes a point of describing himself as a 'gentle soul and writes: "How did a mild-mannered guy like me in trouble so much?" Attacking him personally played with these and directs the reader where the focus should be submitted to ideas.
McLaren has claimed several times to ask simple, and try to explore alternative discourse (conversation). He actually goes much further than this in his latest book, and finally approaches, stating exactly whatto believe. However, his style is still attractive as assertive. Those who respond to his ideas with dogmatism is looking very likely to alienate the people who most need to hear the opposing arguments. A sweet, or use a McLarenism, is the more generous approach to the problems presented in a respectful but honest to be involved.
Another way to effectively communicate the critical work like this is more questions that call for deep reflection poseAnswers. For example, Brian revision of Genesis as a "compassionate coming-history of aging." He says that the biblical text (Gen 2:17) do not claim that eating the fruit of the tree would lead to a wrong spiritual separation from God, or condemnation of original sin. Instead of running with the Orthodox on this zeal would probably be more effective, the question "What to say of our need for a Savior?" or "In this context, why did Jesus need to die on the cross ofCalvary? "An open-reasoned answer to these questions would be the themes of sin, atonement, salvation and spiritual regeneration. Would not this lead us to think, even the most ardent McLaren break?
Some of the questions worth ten respond to Brian, but I do not think that, because of its subtitle, ten questions, which are the transformation of the summons faith. In fact, every generation has asked these questions, but found the answers which mainly led to Protestant orthodoxy. Tothe record, I have serious problems with censorship Brian most important and critical that I faced in my Blogspot, entitled "A new kind of liberalism." However, I do not think that it is useful for everyone to demonize the man or publicly questioning his motives or his mental state. My best advice is to let his ideas stand the test of biblical interpretation with the methods of interpretation are given. In this way, the ideas and philosophies are presented, what they really exposed usCome away with something learned from the process, and Brian is with his integrity intact and his martyrdom are allowed to refuse.
Rock spirituality - the religion of the Rock
Sometimes you feel like you N 'Roll Rock is your religion or spirituality. Is there a philosophy behind as a musician or a rocker. I think there is. As a member of the Warrior Rock Alliance believe the spiritual teachings of the Rock. Spiritual Rock is like water. It can be all forms it takes, but it is something else when it changes.
Water in a bath takes the shape of the basin, but is still water. Rock> Spirituality is known that the spirituality in the form of many different religions. It is based as a mixture of truth on the lessons of love from Christianity, and the compassion and wisdom from Buddhism. E 'known to follow the Tao and Zen, and there is one with God' profit every religion and spirituality and a rejection of everything that is not on.
One of the main questions I get is: "Your different, so what is considered useless is something I canfind useful. "If this is your question, as I said, follow your own path is not. Everybody can rock the way to go Warrior. The Rock Warrior path you choose. You did not choose to be born, but they were. I do not choose, a warrior rock, but I am. The Warrior Rock Warrior knows that a rock is just a title. In Spiritual Rock pick your own teachings might wish, provided no damage has resulted in others. The Way of the Warrior is not violated. Bruce Lee said Jeet KuneShe was not hurt. Bruce Lee was a warrior rock. So you can bet it was. He was a warrior, martial arts gonna be his favorite art.
Rocking and music are two arts. Art is art. JKD is only different in form, space, they are all expressions of the individual. JKD is not a style together with a set list of moves that never changed. It 'been a personal quest to discover what it means to be free. New moves have been added or removed depending on the individual. The Warrior Rock is no different.

Yoga is not necessarily the religion and spirituality
In view of the directory to present my new blog about some of this morning I was slightly annoyed to see that only the yoga directory stored on religion and spirituality among some of the best known. In fact, what is health and wellness?
Personally, I have yoga to improve my health. Plain and simple, is the benefit to the body, asking that I like my yoga practice. I wonder if he has more people in the yoga world because they are afraid thatcontrary to their religion or belief is damaged. Doing yoga poses to spirituality to deal not with a philosophy of life e. Instead, yoga positions carried out to improve your health regularly.
Sure, there are people who profess the inner dimension of yoga and its effects on the human psyche. This is understandable, because there is a level of commitment and discipline to accept all the people that yoga yoga, not because it is advantageousYour health just did. Instead, they must constantly improve the health of yoga for everyone to be executed.
the best things a person can do with your yoga exercises such as physical activity of the human body can be a healthy people. Release the tension in the muscles and organs. Yoga increases flexibility and stretch the muscles. A yoga practice improves a person's breathing and helps the function of the lungs. It also moves the lymph fluid throughout the bodymoving the waste away from your organs.
A service staff that I have experienced from yoga is the management of migraine. The frequency and intensity of my migraine has consistently since I started practicing yoga refused.
Broadening the vision of Yoga and its health benefits is something important. There are yoga exercises that improve health for all. The moment that this form of physical activity is classified as a religion narrowsthe ability to share health benefits.
Spirituality vs. Religion
Do you think that spirituality and religion are synonymous? I thought they were, but as I learned more, I discovered there are big differences. I found his spiritual and religious, spiritual and religious or not religious and not spiritual. This may seem confusing. Let me explain.
To being with, there are only two basic emotions, love and fear. The emotions must include compassion, forgiveness, care, kindness and unconditionalLove, love is true, because there are no conditions. While control emotions based on fear, guilt, anger, abuse and includes active and passive aggression.
'S also useful to understand that we have four basic parts, have mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Our human personality of our parts mental, emotional and physical. They make us unique. Our spiritual side is our higher self, all our good, omniscient, absolute loving part. It 'also known as ourGod-self. We can use our spiritual truths of our intuition to connect.
Thus, spirituality comes from our spiritual side. If we are honest, kind, caring, loving and accepting of others and we are committed, we act from our spiritual side. We have integrity, to create win-win solutions, and do what we can make a positive difference, all equal and deserve life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
For example, I know a police officerwas a truck driver for drunk driving. He knew when he was arrested in the 'middle-aged man, he lost his job and not be able to support his family. Instead, he drove home and told him of his problem. He informed his family. I call it a "spiritual police". He cared enough to help people and not just to punish him.
Spiritual people support equal rights for all. Behave with respect and responsibility. They believe in the power of positive thinking and takeThe responsibility for their lives. Living spirituality means to love instead of fear.
Where is God or a Higher Power are all? If you believe in a god that looks like a light or a person, a woman who loves, supports, protects and cares for them. They feel themselves to be supported only. Spiritual people accept that God is love, and powerful, and wants them to be happy, healthy, wealthy and successful. Often talkdirectly to God, but with a relay messages from God for them. Or are the spiritual leaders and religious and spiritual books because they love living for the love and support of acceptance.
Spiritual people have no dogmas, and excludes karma (you reap what you sow), what you do, others will be done. For example, if you are cruel to other people, it probably means that people experience back. Your kindness will be rewarded with a returnof kindness.
On the other hand, the religious dogma and a man of God, interpreting their messages. As we all know, people are afraid, and may change the information, consciously or unconsciously. religious books were translated by people over the centuries. The information you can love or fear. And 'I am convinced that if it comes to loving and supportive, then it is spiritual. However, if you preach guilt, control, superiority, the decision to othersdifferent, and we believe that only their truth is correct, is not spiritual. Where is the teaching that we sin and suffering here and fight, not spiritual.
I do not believe that God seeks to control. God honors our free will, and we want to sound as happy as any parent. "The joy and laughter are a sign of God's presence." I believe that God has given us the proverb: "Treat others as you want others do unto you." Accept and honor each, and allow them to live their livesas they wish. Spiritual people live and let live. You see everyone as equal, and to support freedom and liberty for all. Live love!

Spirituality of Emily Dickinson
On the surface, which is a blatant rebellion against the Christian radical reforms seems to New England 19th Century could be interpreted as a lack of spiritual inclination. If we look beneath even a single veneer we find, we undoubtedly true spirituality in the heart of their efforts, snubbing units away from God, but simply for not less than a first hand experience of it.
The poet avoided religious doctrine, but wanted to escape religion? Not likeWhole, and even then it can only be a matter of syntax. The words "religion" and "spirituality" can sometimes be used interchangeably, and its distinction must be made to another. Charles Anderson chooses to make the distinction, no, "the word" religion in the largest and perhaps the original sense:
"The direction of the final text, and the pressure that is created can only be described as religious, with this word in its" sizeDepth. "
Emily inherited the Puritan traits austerity, simplicity and practicality, as well as an astute observation of the inner self, but her communication with her was even higher would dare much more informal than their divine ancestors. The daughter of "squire" of Amherst, was a series of bold, brave pioneers, carrying what is almost considered the blue blood of America. His family was by no means poor, but she did not lead to an abundant life, forPuritans abhorred luxury and waste (a waste of words, the property can inherit the poets have done).
Took the Puritan ideals of being 'called' or 'chosen' by God, and fully embraced the desire to transcend the merits, but not the concept of being in itself sinful:
"While the father and shepherd Vinnie said she has already happened, and be misled" this corruptible must put on incorruption '. "
He had confidence in their own divinity, so perhaps it waseven more certain of God as their peers. She did not claim to understand it, or more years of faith in all his ways - their poems with a dead load of the doubt - but certainly not fear. Inner freedom this gave them - rare for a woman of her time - has led to the point that almost brazen in its familiarity and security. This confidence has given her poetry sumptuously, and gave it to quality child known. For them, the truth in nature. Beautycould hear and see God directly:
"Some keep the Sabbath going to church -
I continue to stay at home -
With a Bobolink for a Chorister -
And an orchard, a Dome -
Some keep the Sabbath in Surplice -
I wear my Wings -
And instead of the bell for the church
Our little Sexton - sings.
God preaches, a noted religious -
And the sermon is never long,
So instead of the sky, finally -
I go,together. "
Emily has really church regularly, sometimes traveling to some of the overwhelming and charismatic preachers who stamped their mark at this time to listen. She was often moved by these sermons, perhaps the President of the supply and construction of words as the message forced upon them. But this was not enough to entice them to give in to the fierce religious revival. One by one her friends received an inner calling and were "saved" officially accepted Christianity.Members of his close-knit family eventually followed, including his father a strong will, and then her brother Austin, perhaps her closest ally. Emily do not do something that I did not feel sincere, even under the social pressure around them is inconceivable.
Until the age of 30 years, has continued to go to church, even though it was excluded from meetings of some services open only to those who had "saved." He became increasingly withdrawn in their 30s. E 'is tempting to see their isolation as further evidence of spiritual asceticism. Their spiritual path was certainly intensely only in a social climate, but they wanted more solitude, isolation, and in some ways a symbiotic relationship with their art. Increasingly, his art becomes an expression of their spirituality.
Immortality ("Flood subject," as they called him) used awareness of Emily. Apartment death was natural in those days as a disease, and general discomfortOften came to life around them, have increased their awareness of the many years spent in a cemetery adjacent house. But to dwell death was almost a spiritual practice, a 'graveyard meditation, to focus on a means of giving life to the concepts of eternity, infinity and immortality.
Poet and philosopher Sri Chinmoy, the poet says:
"Emily Dickinson wrote thousands of poems psychic. A short poem of his is pretty sweet, is to give emotions and bring to the foredivine qualities of the soul. "
"With a deep sense of gratitude, they call me the immortal soul of Emily Dickinson, whose spiritual inspiration impels a person seeking to know what exactly is the Infinite God.:
'The Infinite a sudden the customer
There was to be expected
But how come the wonderful
That never went away? "
What drove them was logical that they need truth, and at any cost. He had to see it with my own eyes and hear with their ownHeart, not grasp it in the words of a priest, but said their own words. It seems that she was even willing to die for their cause:
I died for beauty
"I died for beauty but was scarce
Adjusted in the tomb,
When one who died for the truth is
In an adjoining room.
Emily quest for truth has been a spiritual quest that has governed her inner life, and, of course, blossomed with his poetic works. In his own words in a letter to a friend, in a nutshellClaim as their own eternity and immortality. Maybe I am a spiritual precursor to the continued use of his writing, well beyond the short span of his life:
"So I concluded that space and time are things of the body and little or nothing to do with ourselves. My country is truth."
Spirituality and Symbols
It seems that every faith symbols added, and it seems to use the human mind as symbols, almost as if with national flags, animals, and icons for your domain describe how, for example, is a national bird or a flag Widespread national. Religion and spirituality are the symbols, bit used right.
In considering this possibility is to cross a few symbols used in religion as the Star of David or the Christian. Now the cross usedChristianity is a great symbol to use, because, well, what if Jesus was executed by hanging, the noose that we have our religious symbol today? This is a scary thought, and brings up an interesting point.
When the Romans used the cross to kill Jesus because he is a religious symbol for Christians? executed if Christ lived in the day the guillotine was, and so Christians use as a symbol of their faith?
It seems that someone has done amake-up very badly against the Christians, who today celebrate the cross that was used to kill Jesus and celebrate his death as "Friday" and I wonder, since it is good that the man was killed you worship?
Well, I know the answer that Jesus died on the cross for our sins? But I was not alive then, why did it? Or is this statement just a trick to know all celebrate his death and used the symbol of the execution unitssign of their faith? If Jesus ever came back it might be a bit 'excited to be with all this stuff.
However, I am sure that all Bible scholars will jump all over me for this, but none of them has ever come up with an answer that makes sense logically, why do Christians celebrate an apparatus implementing the death of their religious leaders. However, for those without such a religious and spiritual, is an interesting conversation, even if it could be considered to be taboo.Consider this in 2006.

Spirituality versus religion
I was a very spiritual person in a very early age. I remember the beating of my life in my second week of school. E 'was break and we were forbidden in the gardens or sanctuaries for the nuns frequently to prayer. It 'was the best small garden I have ever seen. He was a fish pond full of goldfish color, there were small waterfalls and fountains, and the sound of running water and birdsong was like aSymphony Orchestra in a performance. There were flowers everywhere, the most fragrant roses and the smell emanating hung in the air. I remember that, before an exquisite statue of the Virgin Mary standing looked at her as she has her little boy at his side, I thought of my mother and my new baby brother, Joe.
The moment was abruptly interrupted by the sound of heavy footsteps. Then I remember, looked up and saw a great big fat red neck old nun charged on me. Unknownto me, all my friends had seen it coming, and had scattered in all directions. Before I could even explain that I only get to play in the garden, before I could turn to work at all my little short legs, he took my arm and as small as I was, I was impressed. It 'was the hardest and most brutal beating of my life. They hit me so hard, until now even my parents did to me. Then everything went black. I must have been, because I remember waking up in theHospital in the hands of a kindly looking woman, and another nun in a soft, brown eyes. This was not the one who attacked me, his eyes were cold, ice, cobalt blue.
I heard screaming in the office behind me.
"Why did you do?" asked an angry voice.
"It was bad, so they had to be disciplined," was the reply.
"And as for the other three, you've met them too?"
"No, I ran away."
"Look, this is the first time we hadblacks children to school, "I heard the first voice." What do you think this will look like? Seem brutality and racism, and this is something to try, what we here in the monastery should be discouraged. "
"There was nothing, absolutely nothing racist in my actions," said the old nun with dignity.
There was a pregnant silence, and I could hear heavy breathing.
"Sister Magdalena," came the stern voice. "Times are changing, and what have you done today is unacceptable.Log mother superior. "
"I really think are unfair, the defense was angry. "These are Africans must learn discipline at an early age."
"I said, you get the same treatment to all children! Now higher gear."
A hand touched my face, I shrink into a far corner of my bed as I could. There was another nun bent over me, maybe they wanted to beat me?
"How do you feel?" The nun with the gentle brown eyeshe asked. I noticed that are not dressed in nurse's uniform. She was still wearing a veil, but she was different. All the sisters dressed in white, and all wore veils blacks with limited white bands. Therefore, the children called "penguins".
The nurse tried to touch the darkening bruises on her legs, but I shrugged, feeling that I could not believe these strange white women.
"Do not be afraid," he said softly. "I want to hurt you." It 'been somethingabout his voice that was honest and quiet, but I think it was her eyes. They were dark brown and its color was so familiar, not like the blue eyes of the nun who had attacked me. It took me a long time to trust people with blue eyes.
The nurse gave me the rest of the afternoon in the hospital, but he made me an hour before the end of the school day. After talking to my mother this evening for the accident I discovered that he never said what my parentshappened was just the sisters kept for himself. I remember saying to go to confession to confess my sins on the day after the pastor.
not in my head I had a confession computing element, it was Sister Mary Magdalene and their terrible way, but when I go to confessional to say that I had. "Forgive me, Father, I have sinned was my confession tenth of this month. I have sinned in the garden during breaks."
Rational does not yet make sense, and the priestseemed to know at all what I said. I was playing, after all, because God wants to punish me for this?
"Do ten Hail Mary and Our Father and three of your sins are forgiven," the priest told me. He had heard what I said? I had to play. How could I know that was a forbidden garden? What kind of God punishes the children to play? Later I discovered that it will not enter into a sign at the garden gate, warning children to the sanctuary, butThis was my second week at school and I could not even read.
So I went to one of the pews in the chapel and knelt and prayed.
"Hail Mary, full of grace
The Lord is with thee;
Blessed are you among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus
Holy Mary Mother of God
Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death,
Amen. "
Now, after this prayer times I've played as a 6 year old boy was confused. I thought that Marythe mother of Jesus and God was her husband. Now I was praying that she was the mother of God, which is where Jesus fits in the scheme of things? I was totally confused. When I got home, my mother tried to explain the importance of prayer, but with each statement, I would ask one more question. Finally, exasperated, and has told me to listen to the nuns and do what I was told and not ask too many questions. I'm sorry for my mother, who was not the end. If nothing else, theThe absence of a satisfactory response, made it worse, so at the age of 6 years, I started to question my faith.
We used to have a picture of Jesus on the wall of the living room, my cousin Kenneth, who painted a brilliant artist, and was able to capture life as a picture of this man Jesus. Kenneth was going through a religious phase in his life and has inspired hundreds of images of Jesus painting. They were everywhere, and people bought them by the dozen. I do not know how theImage in our lounge. It 'was very realistic and had eyes that follow you around the room, but what made it worse was the color of his eyes. It was exactly the same as that of the nun, whom I had a stroke.
I told my mother this. I'm just being honest, but to my horror, she did not understand me. I acted like it was obsessed with the idea that Jesus was an evil man, and so all his followers must be evil, have, it was simply logical. My mother recognizedthat he needed an operation, and decided to invite her cousin, Sister Kevin, to help.

Darwin, evolution and spirituality
2009 marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of Charles Darwin, author of On the Origin of Species and creator of the theory of evolution by natural selection. While proposing the scientific theories of quantum physics and relativity at the basis of the nature of reality is very different from what we perceive with our senses, and thus have immense philosophical importance that really have virtually no impact on our daily lives. In contrast, Darwin's widely accepted, but highlycontroversial, the theory of evolution by natural selection has far-reaching consequences for human society.
In essence, evolution challenges the concept of an intelligent designer of life (God), but he spontaneously emerged and flourished through the principle of survival of the fittest. Each new creatures conducted random differences (mutations) from his parents. Individuals with the differences that are better for the environment are more likely to reproduce, sopositive features have been retained, while negative tends to be eliminated. For a long period of time we have the wonderful biodiversity we are privileged to be part of the day has arrived.
Given the influence of the (Christian) religion in society Victorian English Darwin was initially reluctant to publish findings from about 20 years before and after his epic voyage on the Beagle, the first related to the implementation of other investigators, Alfred Russel Wallace, has been the sameConclusions. Not surprisingly, his work has met with criticism and ridicule, with Darwin often ridiculed as a part-man part-monkey.
Despite a mass of evidence to confirm the validity of evolutionary theory as a description of how life on Earth many religious fundamentalists Originated continue to creationism, which is the belief that the life of a supreme being, as was found when given the opportunity .
A major criticism of evolution is the interpretation of "survival of the fittest," used as justification for the standEugenics and the war. Pitting nation against nation, race against race, ideology against ideology, the whole process of human progress is accelerated by the anticipation of nature in the removal of poor quality.
Although the weight of evidence is against creationism, there are no arguments, not evolution, the history can be. We can not satisfactorily explain acts of altruism. In addition, there is no denying that the vast superiority of the human race enjoyed more were reachedCooperation than competition.
The genetic composition with which we were born is just the cards we are dealt with (or choose what is more likely) early in the game. It 's like play / use of these cards, which is our real purpose of being.
A spiritual interpretation of the opinion that the material plane that we live as only a certain level of reality. A level, the more fundamental subject, is that the spiritual levels. Evolution can be compared to Newtonian physics, which is veryaccurately approximates (but probably not describe) reality. Evolution describes the evolution of life on an airplane. But do not tell the whole story.
Spirit created (physical) ground floor in which to customize it and may act in many scenarios. But the ground level is denser and bound by deterministic laws such as the ethereal realm. Quantum physics has shown, but has a small window of freedom at the subatomic level, by the will of the mind can do it.Evolution is an approximation, although very good. It 's the most effective way to increase diversity, which is held in which our flesh interactions can be developed.
Nature is cruel, described by Tennyson as "red tooth and claw." In fact, recently won the BBC Wildlife Documentary Nature Great Events depicted complaints about the level of cruelty. These complaints are a testament to the great extent of facing humanity with his brothers.
On a broader level, bya spiritual point of view, is the natural cruelty insignificant compared to the benefits of progress. The injustices and suffering present at this level are soon swept away by the realization of eternity. On the spiritual level of those who suffer, all volunteers, and are ultimately rewarded for their efforts in any way.
There is no doubt that Darwin's theory of natural selection is a powerful step forward in our understanding of how we arrived. It describes exactly how to live many moreThe case came to inhabit this beautiful planet. However, as far as possible on the components and mechanisms that make a person know these things can never tell us the experience of being human to explain, or that the deep inner certainty of free will or the desire for purpose and fulfillment.

The ghosts and the supernatural
The imperceptible and invisible powers of spirits and supernatural objects talked about for centuries. The impotence of their existence has been questioned for age, and people seemed to folklore, was told to believe by their ancestors.
The ghosts are believed to be the spirit or soul of a dead person on earth. Supernatural, on the other hand, refers to forces and phenomena that are well beyond the normal scientific understanding. Both are closely related in terms ofReligion, spirituality and metaphysics. The supernatural term is often used as a substitute for the paranormal, and some of the supernatural experiences are typical sightings of angels, healings, and communication with the dead.
Both spirits and supernatural objects are usually experienced or observed by people who do not describe or record in a position to investigate these incidents. It is also believed that the conduct of the paranormal, ghosts or spirits of the integration of social structure andgeneralized state of harmony in the "other" world. The harmless and can destroy the character of the spirits are on the ground as to their deeds. Ghosts, who are violent by nature, must violate the intent of people, these spirits may have violence in their human form. Some of the ghosts have unfinished business in the world, seek the help of the people to get through the kingdom. Vampires and witches can be particularly troublesome.
The supernatural power of these spirits weremental note or impersonal. This may be why the film must have ghosts and the supernatural in a competitive field of cinema survives. Films like The Exorcist or Psycho remind the powers beyond their reach.
The existence of ghosts and supernatural beings is a matter of debate. Some accept it as reality, but many skeptics about the scientific community does not believe in the paranormal.
Why not religion?
It 's a fact that the world is very religious. Just consider how many religions in the one direction "atheism" to see otherwise. Many believe that the trend is to a certain type of evidence supporting belief in God a lot to draw strength from their religious practices. Many believe that their particular belief system is the only truth and the whole world should convert their points of view. So, why not? There are almost as manygood arguments against religion, because for them.
The religious unity has been developed in very primitive societies. People could not understand what they saw and experienced. Lightning was a secret left and plant growth has been the subject of scarcity and abundance of seemingly random. People need religion to explain the world. Religion was their weapon against the fear of life and the fear of death.
Despite the fact that people nowdiscovered the same science to explain the world, religion survive the old fountain, as well as fear. One reason for this could be a "sheep" or "Follow the Leader" mentality. People are not willing to waste time with too much critical thinking, and then accept what they learn from their parents. This is the paradigm conformist.
Another reason is, as mentioned above fear. There are all kinds of anxiety related to religion: the eternal damnation takea significant part of religious energy. For example, Christians believe that all non-Christians condemned to eternal damnation. Detailed conditions are some fears that life itself would be meaningless without religion, not to mention what that would mean a lack of faith to the death '.
This fear is for many a religious atrocities. Religious leaders use to their advantage and the disadvantage of many. In ancient societies, people can have easyenough to hear their leader, without thinking about what they heard. But we live in a society.
We have the freedom and the right to choose what to believe and what to discard. We are smart enough to decide what makes sense and what does not. We have the knowledge to determine who is self-serving and fraudulent and who is really interested in the service of human evolution.
We no longer need to kill or maim in order to clarify our position, and yet thisstill happening. We are not obliged to believe a certain thing, and yet we are still. Do not learn from history seems to be our only consistent feature.
If more people based their opinions at the point of view of human and non-religious, maybe we could have less hunger and death in the world. Maybe we have less power-hungry leader, the killings in the name of God, serving life after death and peace instead of fear. A loving heart can change everything.

The place of spirituality in psychology
The field of psychology encompasses many aspects that are processed daily. Psychologists and others who are in the field of psychology often faced with moral dilemmas that can lead to their spirituality and morality on the issue of the place. Those who practice a form of religion and morality to their specific values when it comes to finding the situations in these resolutions. There is still the question of whether religion has a place inThe daily practice of psychology, and if so where you draw the line.
In part, the psychology is considered a science. Even if not in all situations, and bring with you a number of similarities with science, where theories and decision-making goes. Ethics play an important role in the psychology of the roles of the psychologist or psychological professional performance evaluations and performance of the client or patient care and the services or treatment. The codeEthics was established to protect both parties involved. Ethics is right and wrong, and therefore closely linked to morality is based, in many cases related. For this reason, it can support every day of that religion plays a role in ethical decisions. Although the code of ethics expressly Website religion as a part of what is contained in the questions of morality and values are different, he found there.
Spirituality has become a whole asmore frequently in the field of psychology, in recent years, evidenced by the number of Christian counseling centers that have opened across the country. The professionals offer these settings, which some say is the perfect combination of treatment, psychology Christian values and beliefs. Here are the psychological principles and ethics should be woven into the treatment plans with various aspects of values and religious beliefs. Patients are often advisedhow spirituality can help them through the difficult situation. In these contexts, professionals seek a balance between times of psychology and religion, a major task for a. Psychology, ethics is based on several principles, theories, and while religion is a faith based on the most. Psychological issues are tested in a scientific, while a good part of religion based on the belief invisible. While many people do not question their faith, it can bewhat is physically difficult to mix with what can not be seen. This leads many people to question the place of spirituality, psychology
Since faith is often questioned, it was necessary to obtain proof. This test is often in the form of answers that are a direct result of the testing of ideas (Myers). If the ideas tested and proven to be correct, the belief is easier to maintain, but not survive the test, the faith in a very shakyView. If this principle is applied in psychology, the result can be changed at regular intervals. Different situations require different ideas that may or may not prove to work. Also, what works in one situation can not be in another. to understand where the spirituality is important to know the key places, and how to apply to every situation and the idea to make assessments and estimates are based on information that is collected and the specific valuesthe final result.
To better understand where religion fits into the field of psychology, let's look more closely at the human characteristics that make up each. Where religion is concerned, the theological wisdom. So much for the acceptance of divine love, which allows the individual to accept himself. psychological wisdom, however, deals with self-esteem, optimism and personal control (Myers). The ability to use both together to make important decisionsthe freedom to use, knowing that we deliver what we do not want to confess, and seek answers. Because we both creatures and creators of our social world, people and material circumstances (Myers) are. While the final check is beyond us, we are responsible for important decisions that have a lasting impact on us as well as others.
Psychologists faced with such dilemmas everyday. You must make important decisions that directly affect their patients. Every decision was takenon an individual basis and depends on each specific situation and its own set of circumstances. Any decision will contribute with its own set of ethical issues and dilemmas, and the solution is unique for everyone. Religion is supposed to cure people, while medicine has been developed to do the same to. The two often work in different contexts, but it can be argued that the drug was to be discovered because of the ideas and values based on religious beliefs. For this reason, we believe that in manySituations that come along with their treatment plans to be used in an effective and permanent.
In many ways, people who have great trust set up to support the insights and critical analysis of psychology should have an understanding of human nature. Your assumption that religion is beneficial to the health and psychology of happiness is also largely attributable. The science of psychology offers principles that can be used forConstruction News, will be memorable and convincing. Here are the tasks of pacification and reconciliation in a way that the solutions that the means by which to achieve the good fortune of others, creating a healthy relationship (Myers) offer, offers encouraged. While science can challenge our thinking in this way, the same can be said of religion. Faith is often made in an effort to find the answers in question. This was useful in many situations, if the answerhas not been clearly defined. Here the science of psychology, along with religious beliefs used to generate solutions to problems that are seemingly straightforward solution or transparent. However, faith is not always a negative aspect of psychology.
A strong value and belief system can help a psychologist who works as an expert in the field deal with situations in which traditional psychological theories do not see a definitive answer. Here the process is reversed, because religion is the 'be used to specify a particular set of circumstances, the lack of information that can be seen at a particular time. There are also times when you can support the other. religious beliefs are often used to support the reasoning behind the situation, whereas many psychology ethics is often used to test various religious ideas. This is where the two can be used in tandem to deal with a truly unique solution that works.
It was also argued that faith has aimportant role in the ability of a psychologist to use the information found in the psychological and moral practices that are available every day. This is based on the belief that people who have a strong understanding of the belief in a better position, the science of psychology, because they use the two together can find answers that are appropriate for each new set of circumstances, they are based. Psychologists are not registered strong on both faith and science, but both use aa better understanding of the situation as a whole. Those who believe in understanding the contents of the code of ethics and what they mean because you have to play a role in psychology on a daily basis (Kafka). Those who have strong religious beliefs effort in general, they use every day, when ethical decisions, and often work to a conclusion on science and faith built. However, there is a very important line, between when the science of psychology and when based on faith and values that support common in many everyday decisions.
When it comes to spirituality, the fusion of psychology and each has its place. The scientific aspects of psychology are needed to solve a wide range of problems and needed an effective treatment for the needy. However, there spirituality play an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with simple to understand, the psychological impact and why.> Spirituality and science, the treatment can be used both during and after. During treatment, both religious beliefs lead to a psychologist and patient, the right decisions and to understand the difficult situations on the road. After treatment, the religion, he continues to help patients as they move through life, or more, while the scientific aspect of the drug can remain in the form of consultancy or employment in the course.
Psychologists, both in their useto make work and difficult decisions involved are difficult to solve. Aspects of each can be used for the means by which important conclusions that may fall during the entire treatment process help to ask around. The demonstration was also shown that psychologists who know their craft, but also has strong religious beliefs can help their patients during treatment, promoting various virtues that positive thinking (Myers).
The final results of the merger together science and spirituality for a number of years of study. Some argue that scientific psychology has only to hear a different integration of science with religion can only serve to improve the situation with the overall outcome of treatment. The argument is that science as a whole has a strong connection with religion and the two most common reason for the questioning of another. Science can often prove that religion can not and Religion has been the basis for the need to know, so people started how and why scientific questions (Myers).
Some others have said, the boundaries between psychology and religion by a few points to bring the expression to which, as it refers to. One point is the correlation of scientific ideas and presented in everyday human nature, religion, the site to see how all the information. Another important point is the link betweenReligion, prejudice, altruism, and general well-being (Myers).
When it comes to different psychological situations, it is equally important to recognize the importance of the science of religion, as it is. This is often difficult to do because they had different values and beliefs of every professional who works in the field. For this reason, it is for each of the psychological to the ethical code is based, to the specific circumstances of each requestgiven situation. For those who are religious, spirituality is probably involved in the decision-making process in a professional environment, because it probably is not much in them. Those who use spirituality in day-to-life situations often rely on them for jobs that are in them. Although the code of ethics can not psychological religious beliefs were based on specially created for the spirituality and values directly related to some, there are manySimilarities between ethical dilemmas and resolutions and those of a moral nature.
The correlations were reported between belief and subjective well-being. An example of this in a poll by National Opinion Research Center at 42.00 U.S., conducted in 1972 found. Here the 26 percent who have never attended religious services reported very satisfied, while 47 percent of the participants in intellectual achievements at regular intervals, sometimes more than once a week also reported, very happy (Myers). Even if they do not sho3w a direct connection between religion and health, shows that many people seek spirituality in various aspects of their lives. Both the science of psychology and spirituality must be co-mingled in a professional environment can be a bit 'subjective because it depends on different situations and people directly involved in the treatment process. While there are connections between the ethical code ofpsychological professionals everywhere, and the morality of religion is linked to two distinct and important may be required or deemed necessary in a particular situation where they are. The Code of Ethics is published daily in the psychological adjustment, but spirituality can be involved in the case at all professionals working in the field.

The spirituality in your life
What exactly is spirituality? Spirituality is defined as the full essence of the Spirit, said he was confident in this belief is a spiritual one. Most religions talk about the spirit and spirituality. No one can deny that Mother Teresa, Billy Graham, the Dalai Lama and the Reverend Jesse Jackson all the great modern examples of spiritual people. But what exactly does this mean? This means that you are religious to be spiritual?
Being ofNative American Heritage, where he taught religion is that your spirit is something sacred and to be truly spiritual, it is necessary to understand and find peace with your inner self, I lean, I am convinced that the mind has not. However, the Spirit makes us human, makes us who we are. If spiritual, you must know yourself and your beliefs.
I know that most religions believe that support this point and explain that if you are in a form of religion orcan not possibly be more spiritual. You have to be to adopt a religion or another is able to guarantee your way to heaven, to ensure your place at the right hand of God, to make your way to paradise. I agree to disagree on this point.
I think you're a spiritual person, that will be completely at peace with your own mortality. One can believe in a Supreme Being, in life after death, karma and reincarnation, but not be affiliated with a religion orFaith.
Let's look at the Buddhist faith and Wiccan. You are not religions, but people who are part of these beliefs are very spiritual. to perpetuate, despite the many misunderstandings that other religious leaders and media, Wicca is not devil worshipers, and Buddhists do not connecting Asian ass martial arts. These beliefs are not good, the bad, and is based in contact with your own mind. These religions teach religious spirituality and commitment to thoseBeliefs.
Some religions condemned to hell once a week if you need it or not. Although I personally do not feel that this is an experience of spiritual enrichment, the believer says in a loud voice in these religions are filled with the Spirit. They claim they are closer to God because of this experience, their spirituality can not be questioned.
There are religions that children who believe in my opinion the most innocent beings on a spiritual andEarth, are born with original sin and when they die before being baptized not into the sky. There are also those who need first to accept a savior and repent of your sins, believe he died in the sky. The followers of these religions are also very spiritual and believe in their belief that they can get through anything.
These are examples of true or false? I believe that each of us is entitled to their own spirituality, our way of our development, ourUnits with our spirit and our God. We must all do our journey towards peace and spiritual happiness. If we believe in personal spirituality or religion in a formal, what is important is that we believe. Nobody is right or wrong, provided they have contact with their spirituality.
This is what faith is strengthened. We're here to help all the faithful to develop spiritually and express their own faith to be enlightened, others. We are here to promote "faith is the key." We offer a place where all souls come together.

Return to the Sacred - ancient paths of spiritual awakening by H Jonathan Ellerby, PhD
I love this book. Sometimes books just seem to fall into our hands as we need a message. This has happened to me with this. Do not accept the traditional religions or organized group or set of beliefs / rituals, I prayed / meditated / communicate with my Creator in any number of disorganized. While this book has made him want to change anything, provided a framework for me, more comfortable with my current opportunities and opens new possibilities.
First, Dr. Ellerbydefines spirituality, and I love his line: "We are spiritual beings with a human experience - not vice versa" (38). This is one of my favorite new lines.
He also explains that "spirituality is not a quick fix or a magical escape. But you can teach how to deal with life's work, the intention and the challenges with clarity and choice" (42). A good reminder for us all. Becoming spiritual is not the end of the problem, but the highest vision offers a better way to manage and In view of our problems.
Secondly, Dr. Ellerby is quite clear that we all need a spiritual practice. I agree. "The spiritual practice is important for spiritual growth" (23) and "The mind can us only so far in the spirit world" (17).
In its insistence that we have a spiritual practice, Dr. Ellerby is not dogmatic, to look like in practice. He recommended that we have simply chosen a path that is right for us. The choice of the permit is comforting and part of a practice> Spirituality differs from the traditional dogmas. This flexibility does not justify inaction, but to enable us to define our way to the saints.
Finally, Dr. Ellerby has 12 Master-paths, or different kinds of spiritual practices. He not only tells us that we need a spiritual practice, he represents all possible paths we could choose. Everyone has an ancient past, and most are known to us in any way.
Ceremonies and rituals, sacred movement, music and soundsPrayer, meditation and religious study are six possible ways. The next group consists of devotion, the sacred service, Guru, aesthetic practice, practice, life and death. A discussion of this in a second ezine articles to follow.
Fear is our greatest obstacle to spiritual practice. We are often afraid to believe in something beyond science and reason. Trust is the main ingredient in the selection and then, following a spiritual practice.
Spiritual growth requiresspiritual practice, and this book provides direction and answers.

Some questions on religion
It 's all the rage, you know. Down with the "religion" with Jesus I understand the concept, but I'm starting the premise of the question. In fact, I have a lot of controversial religious issues.
They despise "religion", could you tell me what you have quoted the biblical apostolate in your anger? The religion of the Bible that the writers actually convicted? If the Bible does not condemn, what is your basis? Do you know where the word religion found in yourBible, and want to know what that means?
Can I respond? The threskeia greek ", a ceremonial rite to confess." A form of worship. The King James translates "the word" religion a couple of times, and "cult" once. In none of the "religious" passages is nothing negative connotations. In Colossians 2:18, but where the "word" worship, the Apostle blames religion angel.
He warns the faithful that there are false teachers, which are inflatedwith pride for their alleged relationship with the angels, and that their religion are thronging to the angelic body. Sort of "religion" This is convicted. Noteworthy is the fact that the strongest false teachers of our time have a similar value. As is my habit, I will not name. But the U.S. state of Kansas that I mentioned in an earlier blog is the source of many of these angelic religion.
Religion is a positive word in the Scriptures. And 'our brother James, who stressed that pure religion and undefiled, and then there is nothing religious. In both cases, these religious practices nothing to do with the meeting on Sunday. A man whose religion is pure, that takes care of widows, orphans and the like, and one that leads away from the contamination of this world. A man whose religion is useless, someone who can not control his tongue, but still would like to say that it is a true believer. Remember, aReligion. It means "worship", and perhaps with great enthusiasm. But his religion is vain.
Let me be charitable, the attackers beat her religion and other issues. Did you really "down with Bad Religion?" You're talking about forms of worship on the quiet strong "free" expressions? Really worth a dead formalities reorganization. But are you sure that your goal is still valid? When churches split between the quiet andthe fort, you know that those are strong following of Jesus? Could some of them have a religion vain? And you might have some of the clean side for the other missing?
It is a quiet way to disparage the work of God done? It 'possible that some who are comfortable in the church actually very strong their moments of prayer? It 'possible that the quiet love the Lord with their gifts as well as the types of loud noise?
There are some good things being thrown outin the name of this revolution? What song books? As the use of Bibles? How rich doctrinal replaced by messages scattered so as to allow more time to cry? Is it not true that there was a time when people can no longer endure sound doctrine come from? Is it not true that they will accumulate teachers for the sensitive ears?
E 'can forgive me for believing, that try men among us, to disturb the old order, so that they can come to power in a newa? Will their hype-up new style, weeks to replace the "religion", has earned the title of "religion" in a matter of? people can, in this feverish for a long time? How many new "signs and wonders," real or imagined, the people of God can be established before they find it just as ho-hum and a new form of ceremonial respect?
Bottom line, for those who seek God's presence is a sign of this, that some wonderful show, or isWithout a life change? Although most of the "cures" in your non-religious meetings can not be justified, even if they were real, compare them with the rule which God has put his people in the sense of holiness and transformation, and repentance from dead works ?
only questions. But it seems to me important.
Spiritual Transformation and Drug Addiction
Addiction is issued when a person experiences a spiritual transformation.
While encouraging twelve-step programs and addiction counselors users to explore their faith in a Higher Power in order to live a healthy life and abstinence signs to find a "spiritual path" out of twelve-step program brings spiritual transformation in support are missing.
The majority of those showcases, for the various religious perspectives will never reach Transformation hoped, and many give up when religious dogma, the belief and hold those who meet to avoid having "sinned."
I think that the qualities of a spiritual path that increases the probability of recovery from drug addiction. It 'also often requires both a spiritual practice and a full commitment to practicing the Twelve Steps, to experience the spiritual needs and sustainable transformation in order to recover from addiction.
> Spirituality is not the same as a follower of a particular religion. Spirituality is best understood as the relation of an individual to one's existence is the subjective perspective of the behavior that allows them to accept their story, others and the world and remain optimistic and compassionate. There is an underlying cosmology that all things work well and that every individual is valued and reiteratesimportant for the large order and design.
Without this perspective, people find themselves in an orderly pattern in itself, resentment, fear, jealousy and anger at life's events, others and God There is a deep sense of separation and misunderstanding, and a subjective definition of themselves as unworthy and unlovable. The pain felt by someone with this perspective requires relief. Escape through drugs, alcohol or behavior is self-medication. Asother drugs, the individual is immune to the dosage and requires higher doses or more drugs to get relief.
Most of the points of view to make a religious ruling that the addict lights missing or withdrawn with the life of responsibility. The clergy can have a critical view and opinion of dependencies in an attempt to shame the addict and to encourage others to avoid that person.
views are contrary to the realization of a spiritual transformation. It promotesSelf-hatred, despair, self-abuse and indifference to change in the addict. Recurrences are deeper and longer if they considered that the addict to permanently strengthen the damaged goods.
Spirituality is rather detached from the judgments and sentences. He takes the philosophical position that consciousness creates the experience of the individual. Awareness can be seen as a framework for all behavior. It is believed that the conditions that created the behavior asunderstandable and predictable, and a step back to the awareness that the conduct has brought examined.
A consciousness that leads a person as attractive indifference the impact of its actions defined on them. A conscience that defines itself off as unworthy, broken and useless to despair, self-abuse and the desire to forget. A consciousness that leads to more power distant countries, disinterested, detached and critical than social isolation,Sensation seeking, ignoring the boundaries and social mores.
Spiritual transformation is a realization that the decisions and the other on the lives and behavior addicts do not specify the nature or state of being human. Even those judgments condemn addicts to a life of suffering and the continuation of the pain they have suffered.
Instead, there is recognition that the Higher Power is benign. There are no judgments against the addict.More like the father in the parable of the prodigal son, welcomed the return of the Son of God with joy and without reproach or shame or phrase. In a spiritual transformation us to the realization of the divine that has always loved, and I will always love us our ability to understand and to do it without us, to gain the love or to prove our worthiness to wake up. How this knowledge fills our consciousness, we experience the flow of love around us, around us andus.
We have a visceral reaction to this. We experience a deep version of fear, anger, sadness and disbelief. A wild joy, a joy delivered by each of the drug or behavior shakes us. A person may attend the meetings for years, and should, use the tools of the twelve-step programs and I think they worked the Twelve Steps. The "evidence" is in the change of life, vision and self-awareness that comes with the promiseTransformation. They have not asked to make changes in twelve steps and traditions are always displayed.
It works if you work
The Twelve Steps are a formula to really bring a person in a place where spiritual transformation is possible for them. The steps require a courage that allows self-examination, the restoration of values and practices that enable us fully in society and personal relationships, and the ability to deal with ourguilt and fear. Without the application of these methods, we perpetuate themselves locked into a set of beliefs that create self-absorbed and thought "smelly", lies, lies, manipulation and fear of intimate relationships.
Without these steps, we keep our secrets and perpetuate a false image of the world and ourselves. A false identity can not be cured. It 'the only way that the true self can be designed to be removed, resulting in the fact, and afull participant in the reports.
Following the Twelve Steps and the tools to create internal and external references in support of the true self and verify the identity false.
are participating in a twelve-step program creates a social context in which he reveals the attitude and the rationalization of the false self. As we listen and share, we see our own versions of, denials practices and attitudes that have contributed to both dependence andOur failure to thrive emotionally. Once a sponsor or sponsors, if we multiply addicted starts to create a sense of personal responsibility and honesty in relationships. To provide users outside of a program, an excuse, no rationalization, all lies intended to continue the addictive behavior.
In sharing our stories to the group, go through and beyond our secrets and our shame. We were able to tell these stories in other contexts. We could use these storiesintelligence posture or expand our personality as fun or more intelligent than we are cheated. Under the program, you get to those activities, such as efforts to achieve far-reaching self-destructiveness to overcome the deep despair and increased insulation to be detected.
We come to this behavior as a kind of madness to see.
And with this we have taken the first step.

Grief and loss - the role of spirituality
Creation or strengthening of our spirituality is an unexpected positive impact on us after the loss. By spirituality I mean the religion. The two are quite distinct. Religious faith is organized by a body to the outside. Spirituality on the other hand, the belief that individual user-created within a deep.
There is one true path of spirituality. Each path is unique and belongs only to the person to walk it.Yes, it can be similar to other paths, but the essence is to be unique. Each activity can be transformed into a spiritual. We can do the more traditional practices such as meditation and prayer, or turn to listen to more informal like playing with our animals, music and cuisine among other things.
Loss, and spirituality are intimately intertwined. Loss of inner forces of change on you. The central aspect of spirituality is a positive internal change. Consequently, the lossspirituality can be a catalyst. One of the greatest mysteries of life is death. We are not thinking about death to be related to argue that does not exist. So when it comes, we are not prepared. Death is the connection of many questions begging to be answered. Our spirituality allows us to explore these questions, seek answers to that effect on us. It gives us a sense of loss and begin to answer our questions about the meaning of ourLife.
At the same time, we have not only the experience questions about life, we are forced to question. We look at what is most important and what is not. We can see the truth of our lives. If you are full of meaning, or if we live in an empty room, in reality does not live in the truth, but it does not die.
Death gives us the choice. It gives us the opportunity to look at our existing values and estimate their value to us. We can strengthen or create new ones thatmean more to us. a way to transform our lives life, rich and deep: this can be a foundation that will build on the man. We can live an authentic life in our own definitions of what it means. We can meet all the false beliefs that challenge we take these values and beliefs that are obsolete to the pole, in addition to our beloved people.
This is the essence of spirituality: the world to create internal growth, then we can apply our life into reality. E 'means that we have outside our comfort zone step. We need to challenge. It can also be incredibly exciting. We live in this moment to have the courage of those who we really are. In case of loss, we are already out of our comfort zone, we have already called into question. The fear is already there and so is courage. It makes sense logical to use this moment to become spirit beings. We are already at the door. We need only walk.

traditional or non-denominational churches - What is the difference?
A few days ago I wrote about the difference between religion and spirituality. This article is about the difference between the name and philosophy of the traditional churches.
I once thought that the people asked chose not to go traditional, but met in groups to discuss Universe is a common belief about the spirituality of God and not religious. I researched the 'word' religion and found in many different and often conflictingDescriptions. This is what suits me
Religion is a set of beliefs about the nature, cause and purpose of the universe, especially the theory that there is a connection, a supernatural being, power or deity. Personally, I think the author of universal energy and intelligence that is within and around us. The Heart, draws air in and out of our lungs and keeps our body alive, without guidance from us. Religion is often described as a "wayLife 'or life. So, if we believe everything that there is a power greater than ourselves, we have a religion.
Churches have been used for thousands of years. They have, over time, and somewhere along the way, have lost part of their purity of purpose. Some vehicles used for politics and power to be people.
Therefore, non-denominational churches have sprung up across the country. The purpose of these churches is to bring people together as open-mindednesstogether to study the theory that spirituality is in us all, and if we let go of the lessons that traditional churches have set us free from fear and guilt. Non-denominational churches believe that we all have the power to create our life. This power comes from our Creator. And 'as intrinsic as the power that keeps our bodies alive.
I believe that society needs to maintain a balance of positive and negative contributions of traditional religions. These sources of inspiration Gandhi, Mother Teresa and Albert Einstein, to spend their lives in service to humanity. Religions have made a significant contribution to the philosophical and scientific search for truth, the reduction of human suffering and improve political systems and education. The company should also know the dark side of religion: how religious beliefs have contributed to intolerance, hatred, discrimination and unjustified suffering. As well, in the name ofReligious oppression, mass murder, genocide, slavery, oppression of women, minorities has been and is still performed.
We could learn a lot from history if we were inclined Sun
The non-denominational church (unit: All one), including myself, believes in accountability for all regardless of race, color, national origin, gender or sexual preference. We are all one. We are all part of the source. We all loved, valued and worthy of this planet. If we knewDeep in our hearts, and we are free to choose our life we should be able to live the good life.

Beyond Belief: Carolyn Porco on Science and Religion, Part 3
Love Medicine by Louise Erdrich
I Love Louise Erdrich efficient use of the language, but their characters are what they admire most. He portrays the Native Americans with their strengths and weaknesses, and while we can not give rise, as many of the characters that grow on us as we experience their stories. It is a power, a story, a past and a connection. Despite his life ruined by government intervention, spirits and bad luck, there is a resistance that generates our respect.
I write books or books on spirituala connection with the divine, without religion. I find spirituality in Erdrich characters: the obligation to yourself, others, and return to their past. This is a practical spirituality, a belief in something greater than ourselves. Spirituality is not the name of a god or a higher being when life is like a company or belief exists as and questions.
Louise Erdrich characters have a reserve is not immediately visiblein their lives, but as we see growth, it is clear that resilience. Your life is not easy. Their requirement is that we deserve as much debt, a debt not only mentioned in the novel and the focus of stories that weave this work.
Despite all these characters grow as a wonderful, a group that respect, the power and reserve deserves. Yes, this is the human spirit rises above the normal. This is practical spiritualityTo see a larger-than-life.
Erdrich love people, love family and love their tribal connections. This is what we admire. They never seem completely lost. Even if one commits suicide, you do not see as much as the desperation understanding and acceptance. And 'this is because of their Indian ancestry? They inherit the past can never understand or imitate? If all nations so strong? Maybe. Maybe not.
His story is compelling, but be careful to make their mark on us.And we do. We want to become better people, without knowing why, as we see it rise above the human condition, no matter how depressing or abused in their lives.
It takes a sense that we are accused of Native American reservations to limit, torn from their culture, and forced to spit in our schools only to be resurrected with limited resources and opportunities on the shoulder. Our challenge is to read and accept the blame, but then move on to a stronglike our Native American role models in the conquest of the past during the reaction in our consciousness. Erdrich characters do. So we have to.
