Religion is man made, spirituality is given by God I know for sure.
We are all spiritual beings. We were born to the manner. If we were put on this earth, our Creator has a little spark in us that we are all connected to each other and with him / her.
At the quantum level, we are all energy. As well, the whole universe is energy. Even things that are intangible, such as thoughts are energy. Everything vibrates at different frequencies.
