Stearns pulls no punches in sharing how his world was rocked through conviction & transformation. Stearns text doesn't cut corners...by only focusing on the homeless people of the United States. He captures the essence of global disciple making & lets the reader know of differences anyone can make across the globe.

The author's story is personal, which makes it a compelling read. He does his best to acknowledge the WHOLE gospel & not just the parts of "personal blessings". His plea for Christians to get out of the bleachers, off the sidelines & into the game of making an impact is eye-opening. Needless to say, this book is convicting to the core while also carrying immediate encouragement to start using our resources to make a difference. While reading the text, some verses from Psalm 67 came to mind...
